By accessing our website, placing an order, or purchasing a reading, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms, our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and our Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Enchanted Readings provides personalized psychic, spiritual, and intuitive reading services, including but not limited to:

Our services do not constitute medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

2. No Guarantees of Accuracy or Outcomes

By purchasing a reading, you expressly acknowledge that psychic and intuitive interpretations are subjective and that future events cannot be guaranteed.

Enchanted Readings does not guarantee:

• Pregnancy or successful conception.

• A specific conception month, year, or date.

• A specific positive pregnancy test date.

• The accuracy of gender predictions.

• Successful fertility treatments.

• Any specific personal, romantic, or spiritual outcome.

• That a prediction will manifest within a particular timeframe.

Predictions may not occur as described, and customers acknowledge this possibility before purchasing.

Disagreement with a prediction, dissatisfaction with its content, or the failure of a predicted event to occur does not independently entitle a customer to a refund.

Any testimonials, customer experiences, or reported prediction matches are individual experiences and do not guarantee similar results.

3. Personalized Services & Individual Preparation

Each reading is a personalized service created for the individual customer.

Readings are not automatically generated, mass-produced, or delivered instantly.

The service may involve reviewing customer submissions, interpreting intuitive impressions, preparing individualized written content, and delivering the completed reading electronically.

Customers acknowledge that these services require dedicated time and individualized attention.

Preparation or performance may begin before the completed reading is delivered.

We may maintain internal records documenting preparation, fulfillment, and delivery.

4. Estimated Turnaround Times & Processing Delays

IMPORTANT: ALL TURNAROUND TIMES ARE ESTIMATES UNLESS EXPRESSLY IDENTIFIED AS GUARANTEED.

Our current estimated turnaround time is approximately two weeks, unless otherwise stated on the applicable product page or at checkout.

Actual turnaround times may be shorter or longer depending on circumstances, including:

• Higher-than-anticipated order volume.

• Existing orders awaiting fulfillment.

• The complexity of individual readings.

• Holidays, weekends, or scheduled closures.

• Illness, emergencies, or unforeseen personal circumstances.

• Technical interruptions or operational disruptions.

• Delays in receiving required customer information.

By placing an order, customers acknowledge that an estimated turnaround time is not necessarily an exact delivery date.

An order exceeding its estimated turnaround time is not automatically canceled or abandoned.

Enchanted Readings reserves the right to adjust estimated fulfillment schedules when reasonably necessary.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate material delays and provide updated estimates when available.

No provision in these Terms requires a customer to accept indefinite delays or waives any cancellation, refund, or other remedy required by applicable law.

5. Reading Queue & Order Fulfillment

Orders are generally processed according to the Company's fulfillment schedule, which may consider purchase date, reading type, customer information availability, and any expressly purchased priority service.

Purchasing a reading reserves a position in our order queue.

A queue position does not constitute a guarantee that a reading will be completed on a particular date.

We may make reasonable adjustments to the order in which readings are completed to accommodate operational needs.

Customers understand that other orders may be completed before theirs depending on service type, complexity, or other legitimate fulfillment considerations.

We remain responsible for providing purchased services in accordance with applicable law and our commitments to customers.

6. Refunds, Cancellations & Final Sales

Due to the personalized nature of our services, sales are generally final once individualized preparation or performance begins, except as otherwise required by law.

Refund and cancellation requests are governed by our separate Refund & Cancellation Policy.

Customers acknowledge that:

• Changing their mind does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

• Disagreement with a reading's intuitive content does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

• A prediction that does not materialize does not automatically qualify an order for a refund.

• Personalized services may become nonrefundable after individualized work begins.

• An estimated delivery date passing does not automatically cancel an order.

However, customers retain any rights available under applicable law for materially delayed, undelivered, canceled, or improperly performed services.

Simply placing an order into our fulfillment queue does not, by itself, establish that individualized work has begun.

7. Customer Information & Intake Requirements

Certain readings require customers to submit photographs, names, questions, or other relevant information.

Customers agree to provide accurate and complete information using our designated intake form:

Incomplete, inaccurate, or missing information may delay fulfillment.

If additional information is necessary, Enchanted Readings may contact the customer using the email address associated with the order.

Customers are responsible for monitoring their email and responding to reasonable requests for information.

8. Digital Delivery

All readings are generally delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout or through another delivery method agreed upon by the parties.

Customers are responsible for:

• Providing a valid email address.

• Checking spam, junk, and promotional folders.

• Maintaining access to their email account.

• Contacting us if they believe a reading has not arrived.

Enchanted Readings may retain records of electronic delivery for customer service and dispute resolution purposes.

If a reading was sent to the email address provided and the customer cannot locate it, we will make reasonable efforts to verify delivery and resend the reading when appropriate.

9. Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are encouraged to contact Enchanted Readings directly regarding order concerns before initiating a payment dispute.

We reserve the right to respond to chargebacks or payment disputes by submitting relevant evidence, including:

• Order confirmations and transaction records.

• The policies presented at the time of purchase.

• Customer acknowledgments, where available.

• Intake form submissions.

• Records of individualized service preparation.

• Customer correspondence.

• Reading completion and delivery records.

We may contest disputes when we have a legitimate basis to do so.

A payment dispute does not automatically establish that the customer is entitled to a refund.

Nothing in these Terms prohibits customers from exercising lawful chargeback rights or other consumer protections.

We will not impose penalties solely because a customer exercises a legally protected dispute right.

10. Fertility, Pregnancy & Medical Disclaimer

Enchanted Readings is not a medical provider and does not offer medical diagnoses, treatment recommendations, or fertility assessments.

Our fertility-related services are spiritual interpretations and should never replace professional medical care.

Customers should not rely on readings to:

• Diagnose pregnancy or infertility.

• Determine whether medical treatment is necessary.

• Begin, delay, modify, or discontinue fertility treatments.

• Make contraception or family-planning decisions.

• Interpret medical testing or clinical results.

• Determine fetal sex for medical purposes.

Customers are encouraged to consult qualified healthcare professionals regarding fertility, pregnancy, and reproductive health.

11. Testimonials, Reviews & Promotional Content

Testimonials and customer experiences shared on our website or social media reflect individual experiences.

Such experiences are not guarantees of future accuracy or results.

We may display customer testimonials or submitted materials for marketing purposes only with appropriate authorization or another lawful basis.

We do not guarantee that any customer will experience results similar to those described in promotional materials.

12. Intellectual Property & Personal Use

All original readings, written interpretations, graphics, website content, branding, and other materials are owned by Enchanted Readings or their respective rights holders.

Purchasing a reading grants the customer a limited, nonexclusive license for personal, noncommercial use.

Customers may not:

• Resell or commercially distribute their readings.

• Reproduce our materials for commercial purposes without permission.

• Present our original written interpretations as their own commercial services.

• Copy substantial portions of our website content for competing commercial purposes.

Customers may share excerpts of their own readings for personal, noncommercial purposes, provided the content is not materially misrepresented.

13. Customer Conduct & Communication

Enchanted Readings is committed to providing professional and respectful customer service.

Customers are expected to communicate respectfully with our team.

We reserve the right to restrict future purchases or communications in response to threats, harassment, discriminatory abuse, suspected fraud, or repeated abusive conduct.

If an existing order is canceled by Enchanted Readings, we will provide any refund or other remedy required by applicable law.

Reasonable customer complaints, refund requests, and lawful payment disputes do not constitute abusive conduct merely because they challenge our business.

14. Right to Refuse or Cancel Services

We reserve the right to decline future orders for legitimate business reasons, including suspected fraud, misuse of our services, or circumstances that prevent us from reasonably providing the requested service.

We may cancel an accepted order when necessary.

Where an accepted order is canceled without the purchased service being provided, we will issue the appropriate refund or other legally required remedy.

Customer photographs, intake submissions, contact details, and reading information are collected and used to provide purchased services, manage orders, and communicate with customers.

We will not publicly disclose private customer information without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis.

Information may be shared with service providers where reasonably necessary for payment processing, website operation, service delivery, and legal compliance, subject to our Privacy Policy.

17. Website Availability & Technical Issues

We strive to maintain a functional and accessible website.

However, uninterrupted access to our website, email systems, and third-party service platforms cannot be guaranteed.

Technical interruptions may occasionally affect order processing or electronic delivery.

We will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues and fulfill outstanding obligations.
