Reiki is a Japanese form of stress reduction and relaxation with many benefits. It is a hands-on healing technique, thousands of years old. Reiki can be defined as a spiritually guided life force energy with intelligence. This means that Reiki is guiding itself with its own wisdom. It transcends cultural and religious boundaries.
Reiki can have a profound affect on health and well-being by re-balancing, cleansing and renewing your internal energy system.

Reiki Sessions
A Reiki session not only helps you to heal on all three levels of mind, body and spirit but is also very relaxing. It is a very spiritual experience as well, with not only healing occurring, but because I am a psychic, I also channel information from your personal angels and guides to do with all areas of your life. So you not only get a Reiki treatment, but also a reading at the same time.
During a session, you lie comfortably on the massage table, fully clothed and under a blanket. Relaxing music playing in the background.
I always begin a session by asking you what your intention is by having your Reiki treatment. I ask this because I believe that whatever we focus on is what we create. If it is your intention to help heal a specific physical situation, or reduce stress, or to help with depression then by giving your intention, it facilitates healing in that direction.
As mentioned, Reiki is hands on healing and I will explain the positions to you at the beginning of a session. These sessions are extremely relaxing and most people want to go home for a nap when they are over!
The healing will continue for a few days after the initial treatment, but as with any other kind of treatment, more than one session is recommended.
It is possible to receive Reiki treatments over a distance for people who are too weak to travel or not in reachable proximity. Prior to a distance Reiki session, careful planning and specific guidelines are essential.
In Person Reiki Sessions
~1/2 hour - $50.00 - includes a reading/channeling session
~1 hour - $100.00 - includes a reading/channeling session
Reiki Classes
I am a Reiki Master/Teacher. I teach Usui Reiki and there are three levels to the course that I teach. The first class is for healing on the physical level, the second for emotional healing and the third is the Master Level for those who wish to teach.
The class includes:
~what Reiki is, a description of energy healing
~history of Reiki
~attunement
~handout material
~hand positions & practice time
~a certificate of completion
~free re-attunement's (distant or in person)
~access to me continually after class whether in person or by email or phone.
Reiki Level 2
A requirement of taking the second level is that you must have received Reiki First Degree (level one) training from me or another Reiki Master. If taken from someone else I will need the information on the other person and a copy of your Reiki Level 1 certificate.
This class includes:
~you must learn and be able to draw the first 3 symbols
~attunement
~distance Reiki is discussed and practiced
~manual
~a certificate of completion
~free re-attunement's (distance or in person)
~access to me continually after class whether in person or by email or phone .
